DollarsDirect will not be the lender for loans received at this site. DollarsDirect is a finance broker. As a finance broker, we will attempt to arrange a loan between you and a third-party lender and assist you in providing the necessary information and documents to the lender. In consideration of DollarsDirect's services to you, you will pay DollarsDirect a broker fee.

BROKER SERVICE

If we successfully arrange a loan between you and a third-party lender, we may service that loan on behalf of the lender. Any questions, service issues or complaints about your loan will be addressed initially by DollarsDirect and not the lender.

LOAN TERMS

  • The maximum loan amount for Australian residents will be $2000.†
  • The term of your loan will be between 16 and 60 days.
  • You have the right to cancel your loan within 24 hours of signing your loan contracts by contacting Customer Service.

BROKER FEE AND LENDER CHARGES

DollarsDirect is a finance broker that can help match you to a lender. In exchange for our services, we will charge you a broker fee. We will only charge you a fee if we successfully find you a lender that approves your loan application and issues you a loan. You will enter into a continuing credit contract with the lender. Premium Service customers who choose the same-day funding option will be charged an establishment fee of $24, which is discounted to $9 if same-day funding is not available. Basic Service customers will be charged an establishment fee of $9. Customers with credit difficulties should seek credit counselling.

†Approval and maximum funded loan amount depends on lender’s qualification criteria. New customers may qualify for up to $600, while existing customers may qualify for up to $2000. ‡Funds are generally deposited next business day if approved by 6pm Sydney time Monday – Friday. Funds are generally deposited on Monday if you apply on Saturday or Sunday and are approved before 2:30pm Sydney time on Monday.
