Hi there, I was just wondering if it comes up as a credit enquiry on my credit report every time I refinance a loan? Any info would be great, thanks! :)

Hey, John! Thanks for your comment.  We inquire about your ability to repay your loan and determine whether it is appropriate before we offer it to you.  Your credit report forms part of the information available to us.  However, as an existing customer, your credit file will not necessarily show a credit enquiry every time you seek to refinance your loan unless your circumstances have changed.
