The Credit Ombudsman Service provides an accessible and independent dispute resolution service to consumers as an alternative to legal proceedings for resolving complaints with DollarDirect. The service is free to consumers. If you have a complaint about a financial service or product, the Credit Ombudsman Service may be able to help.
