DollarsDirect and its affiliates ("CNU") reserve the right to discontinue and/or adjust the terms of the referral program without notice. Referral program available only to current customers in good standing (i.e. no payments in default). Employees of CNU are not eligible to participate in the referral program. Referral program is void where prohibited or unlawful.
Multiple referral rewards can be applied to the same DollarsDirect transaction. For example: If you earn two referral rewards, then a total credit of $100 (2 x $50 = $100) will be applied to your next transaction with DollarsDirect. If your fee amount is less than the credit you have from referring customers, you will forfeit the unapplied credit amount. For example: If you earned $100 in credit and your next loan has a fee of $75, you will forfeit $25.
After your referred friend has successfully entered into a transaction with DollarsDirect, it may take up to 72 hours for the referral rewards to be posted to your account. All referral rewards will be automatically applied to your next DollarsDirect transaction. Each referral reward is valid for three months from the time it is posted to your account and is valid only once. If a referral reward is not used within three months, it is forfeited. Referral rewards are nontransferable. For each friend you refer, you are eligible to receive only one reward.
A friend will be deemed to have been successfully referred for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions if: (i) the referred friend is not already a DollarsDirect customer and (ii) the referred friend applies for and receives a DollarsDirect loan.
Please note: If you decide to refer a friend, DollarsDirect will automatically send an email to your friend from your email address. The subject of the message will alert your friend that he or she is being invited to participate in the DollarsDirect referral program. Anonymous bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers or any other promotion of a DollarsDirect referral email in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of the referrer’s account and deactivation from the DollarsDirect referral program. Your referred friend must apply using the referral link included in the email sent to them. If your friend applies without using the link, DollarsDirect will not be able to verify the referral, and you will not receive a reward for that referral. DollarsDirect is not responsible for any bank fees, including but not limited to, late fees and NSF fees incurred from a misapplied referral reward.
